Soaring into the Year of the Dragon with Spectacular Display of Acrobatic Talents and Dazzling Performance

PUTRAJAYA, 30 January 2012 – The Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside treated their guests to a stunning acrobatic lion dance performance as we welcome the auspicious Lunar Year of the Dragon.

The troupe of performers from Tarian Singa Kok Ngai performed a series of an impressive acrobatic steps and stunts. The acrobatic lion dance performance had brought cheer to the guests and the hotel staff.

“Lion Dance is a form of traditional dance in Chinese culture, in which performers mimic a lion’s movements in a lion costume. The Lion Dance is believed to bring good luck and fortune for the New Year,” said Franck Loison, the hotel’s General Manager who joined the festivities by giving offerings to the lions.
